General Terms
By accessing and placing an order with StoKids, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and StoKids.
Under no circumstances shall StoKids team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if StoKids team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
StoKids will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.
License
StoKids grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the website strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and StoKids (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “StoKids”, “us”, “we” or “our”), the provider of the StoKids website and the services accessible from the StoKids website (which are collectively referred to in these Terms & Conditions as the “StoKids Service”).

You have the right to cancel your subscription or deactivate your account with us (depending on your subscription commitment) through an official email sent to angel.ting@stokids.com.
You agree not to upload, display, or otherwise make available any content on or through the Services that: is libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, harmful, invasive of another’s privacy, vulgar, false, intentionally misleading, trade libelous, pornographic, obscene, patently offensive, promotes racial bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual, or is otherwise offensive or otherwise violates any law or infringes upon any third party’s right (including copyright, trademark, privacy interferes with, interrupts, or places an excessive load on our servers or networks, or violates such networks’ regulations, policies, or procedures.
Our company has the right to prohibit or hinder any other person from using the Services, or which may expose our company or its users to any injury or liability of any sort, as determined by our reasonable judgment.

Notice of Dispute
In the event of a dispute, you or StoKids must give the other a Notice of Dispute, which is a written statement that sets forth the name, address, and contact information of the party giving it, the facts giving rise to the dispute, and the relief requested. You must send any Notice of Dispute via email to: angel.ting@stokids.com
StoKids will send any Notice of Dispute to you by mail to your address if we have it, or otherwise to your email address. You and StoKids will attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute is sent. After sixty (60) days, you or StoKids may commence arbitration.
